Registration Guidelines

Please read these registration guidelines carefully BEFORE you register your child(ren):
  1. Payment is required online at the time of registration. There is an option to pay by check. If you choose to pay by check, the check must be received within 7 days of registration or your registration will be void.
  2. If you are volunteering during the week of camp, please DO NOT register your child(ren) until you have completed the Volunteer Sign-Up form and received your promotional code. The promotional code will give you a 30% discount on camp tuition for your child(ren).
  3. If financial issues would prohibit your from registering your child, please contact Jenna Hardy at 603-594-0123 x209 or jhardy@crosswaycc.org to inquire about Camp scholarships. We don't want your kids to miss the fun because of a financial issue! Please allow us to help.
  4. All registered children must be entering grades K-5 in the fall of 2011.
  5. Cancellation policy: Any cancellations after June 12, 2011 will not receive reimbursement (as t-shirts and CDs will have been ordered by then). Any cancellationsbefore June 12, 2011 will receive a refund minus $10 for processing fees.
  6. By submitting your child's registraiton form, you are granting CrossWay Christian Church permission to use photos and/or video footage of your child in future publicity for Camp KidsWay.
