Today was Crazy Hat/Hair Day, and WOW, there was a big dose of CRAZY!

We painted Super Heroes of our own creation.

We learned about a real Super Hero named Daniel, who was thrown in to a den of roaring lions, but had CONFIDENCE that God would save him.

(Aren't those some scary lions?)

And, (don't be alarmed), there were a lot of sharks. Yes, sharks.

There was also a chicken.
Strange, I know.

As always, we ended the day singing, dancing, and generally having a whole lot of fun!

The next two days are going to be HOT- please send your child with a water bottle each day. We will make sure kids are drinking lots of water!
Also, several families have asked about the "Super Hero" song. Why isn't it on the CD and where can we get it? Unfortunately, it's a song from a little known band (Oh 5 Oh) that put out a CD about 10-11 years ago. We only have our copy of the song, and we do not have permission to make copies. Even more unfortunately, the song is no longer available anywhere (we Googled it!), so we can't even point you in the right direction so you can buy a CD (or even an MP3 version). We're SO thrilled the kids are enjoying all the music and that you want to listen to it at home too. That's the point! We're as disappointed as you are that we can't make "Super Hero" available as well!
We hope you are enjoying the CD together- AND all the performances you are having at home! We look forward to seeing you Friday night for our closing program!
